As the Data Controller, Kaftrans Uluslararası Taşımacılık ve Tic. A.S. processes your personal data for Execution of Logistics Activities, Goods/Services Production and Operation Processes, Contract Processes, Supply Chain Management Processes, Finance, and Accounting Affairs, Marketing Processes of the Products/Services within the scope of customer registration, supplier and employee registration, driver registration, operation, and marketing processes provided that it is necessary to process the personal data of the contractual parties, it is expressly stipulated in the law, directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation and establish, exercise and protect a right and it is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller and it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, and with the explicit consent.

KAFTRANS pays utmost care and attention to the sharing of personal data with domestic and/or abroad, in line with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant legislation, primarily the Constitution.

The personal data is collected based on a legal reason provided that it is mandatory for Kaftrans to fulfill its legal obligation as a data controller, expressly stipulated by the laws and directly related to drawing up or performance of a contract, the processing of personal data of contractual parties is necessary and mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation, there are legitimate interests of the data controller, the data subject has been made public by himself/herself, and there is explicit consent.

You have the right to request the correction and deletion of your personal data.
